IIA Experience Level 1: New skin-in-game
IIA Experience 1members have at least one deal under their belt that is either a FLIP (IIA Experience 1-f), Buy and Hold Residential (IIA Experience 1-BHR), Short term Rental (IIA Experience 1- STR) or Buy and Hold Commercial (IIIA Experience 1-BHC)

IIA Experience Level 2: 2-5 unit-years of ownership
If a member shows IIA Experience 2 – it means 2 to 5 years of unit ownership.
Meaning: FLIP (IIA Experience 1-f), Buy and Hold Residential (IIA Experience 1-BHR), Short term Rental (IIA Experience 1- STR) or Buy and Hold Commercial (IIIA Experience 1-BHC)

IIA Experience Level 3: 15+ unit-years of ownership Clone
If a member shows IIA Experience 3 – it means 15 years of unit ownership.
